Possible hack

It seems that it possible someone might have set up another website using My name and even my email contact . When I click in the profile icon on this site it comes up with my info .

You are referring to the icon on the upper right (in the black bar) when you visit the site in question? If so does it take you to this address? https://wordpress.com/me/

Yes when I go to the site testallspirits.com and I click on the black bar at the top is a place for a profile picture. I go to the to the profile to see the info on the page and it has my name. My website is scripturesforeveryone.

Hi, the website testallspirits.com doesn’t exist. Where exactly are you seeing this? Please take a screenshot and upload it you your Media Library so I can have a look and better understand what’s going on with your site. Here’s how to take a screenshot:

That site is running on the wordpress.com platform. You see the topbar as you are logged in to your wordpress.com account. Nothing to worry about

@staartmees is right. What you’re seeing is the Admin Bar. It’s visible when you’re logged in to your account and visiting WordPress.com-hosted sites.
