possible upgrade

    I have a blog called Garden Messages. I want to change the name of the blog but do not want to lose Garden Messages. I have an online prayer ministry on Facebook and that is the name of one of the pages. I want to have all three pages on Facebook on my blog under the name Ezekiel’s Army(homepage). Each page has its own name and header and I would like to keep it that way on the blog. I don’t know which free theme will allow me to do this. Would it be better to keep my current blog to keep the name and start a new blog under the new name? Also, I want full-width photos as well. I am not computer savvy, so can this be done? Also, the ad says that domains are free for the first year, so what is the price after that?
