Post amount at Main Page

  Hi, so I want to show 3 or 5 posts on my site’s main/home page. However, going through the normal editing steps (Admin > Settings > Reading > Blog Post Shown At Most), I still am getting an unlimited amount of blogs. Leads me to believe this is a web error. Can you please resolve? Thanks.

  For what site is this?

  It sounds like you might have Infinite scroll enabled on the site – that overrides any number you set, and automatically loads new posts as you reach the bottom of the posts page on a site.
