how do i link posts to pages so that when a reader clicks on a page, the posts that are relevant to that page are displayed? For instance, i have a page titled “grammar”. There are many grammar topics in English which includes verb agreement, adjectival order, subjunctive etc, which i intend to publish as posts. How do i link the posts on these topics to the menu grammar so that when a reader clicks on the page “grammar”, the post titles “verb agreement” and “adjectival order” will appear, and when the reader clicks on the title, the content of the post will be displayed?

You don’t create static posts on topics. You use categories and then WP.com automatically creates category pages.
Like my blog http://thecryptosphere.com has lots of posts about Anonymous. So I use that category on those posts. Then the software automatically creates http://thecryptosphere/category/Anonymous which lists all the pages.
