I spoke with someone via chat but not able to locate icon again. I am asking because when we have a quick question, it is easier to chat with someone right away. Also, if I want to request a refund when will the domain name be released?

Chat support is not always available.
I would encourage you not to cancel your domain name for a refund if you intend to use it again any time in the future. It can take weeks for the registrar to release a name again and there is a very real chance that it will not be released at all.
If you are looking to use your domain with another webhost, I would encourage you to do so by following these directions:

Thank you for responding back to me. I understand now that chat is not available (wish it/they were though-would be much more helpful).
Nonetheless, I have several issues that I am trying to resolve that I can not find in the word press forum area. 1.) I have had two questions/comments made to my blog (last week and today). However, I am not receiving anything via email and cant see anything listed on my blog page.
2.) facebook information is not displaying correctly on my page (tried to set it up).
3.) tried to add the ad section from a third party and not able to (any suggestions).
4.) tried to scribe to an email account and that still is not working.
5.) Trying to enlarge pictures across the page similar to how my just ask shay theme looks and not able to get it to enlarge (my picture to look the same way).
6.) some people are tying to follow me and it is not notifying them that they are following me.
7.) Yes, I am considering going to a another webhost. If I went to a different host webhost would I receive more support? Because I am not receiving much support with word press, unless I pay for support?

What is the post/URL where you see the comments? Have you checked your spam folder? If you use gmail, have you checked the “social” tab?

You need to enter the URL of a Facebook page in the “Facebook Page URL” box. Then click “save”.

Do you mean that you tried to add code from a 3rd party ad network? If so, that is not allowed on WordPress.com as is discussed here:

While most affiliate links are allowed on WordPress.com, we do not allow banner image ads or third-party advertising networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media.
You will need to move to a self-hosted WordPress.org site if you are looking to use 3rd party adservers.

I’m not sure that I understand what you are asking. Could you explain a bit further?

Can you post example URL’s of a page showing how you want something to look and a page showing how it is looking now that is incorrect?

Are they following you through the WordPress.com Reader? Or are they following via email?

I’m not really sure how to answer this as I do not have specific knowledge of what kind of support webhosts offer their clients. I would think that most webhost basic hosting packages would offer support for issues dealing with hosting or perhaps setup. I don’t think that they offer support for customizing something like WordPress. Some hosts may offer a premium package that includes that sort of support.
