Post buttons not displaying on laptop but can see them on mobile phone

  Blog Post buttons will display in the blog on mobile phone but not on the laptop in Windows 7 or IE.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The button you hit to post your reply. When you go to the blog after the prayers are listed, a person can reply to the specific prayer.But under “leave a reply” it is just box that says enter comments but no submit button to send the comment. This is where one would leave a new post/prayer correct?
