Post by email (via Constant Conatact) stopped working

How do I troubleshoot post by email?
The process has worked for months and in the last few days no posts are getting though.
I send an email to the secret address from a Constant Contact mailing list.
It doesn’t post or show as pending.I regenerated a new secret address and it does not work either.
If I send an email from my personal Outlook client, it goes posts properly.
But an email sent through Constant Contact does not.
Is there a filter somewhere that can be changed?
Where else do I look?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Post by Email doesn’t work when the email comes from certain services, to protect your blog from being spammed. You’ll need to send the email from a personal email address instead of a mailing list to make sure it gets through the spam filter.
I recommend continuing to send the email from Outlook, to make sure the post goes through. If you have any other questions or concerns about that, please let me know.

That makes sense except for the fact that it has worked for months.
Perhaps the spam filter changed and finally caught it?I take it there is no capability to specifically ” pre-approve” sent from email addresses — “this is not junk.”
