Post Carousel Widget

Hello, I am having an issue with the post carousel widget on my home page. It is working but it is not updating with my latest posts. I have tried deleting it and trying again, but it comes up with the same 5 posts.
I have also tried clearing the cache on my browser but I’m thinking the cache may need to be cleared within WordPress. From articles/posts I’ve read, it seems I can’t clear cache unless I install a widget which I can’t do unless I have a business account which I don’t want to pay for right now. If anyone can help, please let me know!

Hi there,
The post carousel block only displays posts that have featured images added. The five posts it’s showing on your site are the five most recent posts with featured images. The other recent posts don’t have featured images, so they don’t appear in the carousel.
