Post Code Troubles

  Hello :)
  I live in the Czech Republic and I am trying to buy a plan for my new wordpress site, but when I fill in the address, I get an error message about the postal code. The postal code I am writing in is correct, but not recognized.

  How do I get around this so that I can upgrade my website?

  I already tried using a US zip code, that didn’t work either.

  Hi there,

  We have had issues with postal codes, so I would suggest trying a combination of adding/taking away a space between the two codes (XXX XXXX / XXXXXXX) or with lowercase letters (xxx xxxx). Let me know if any of those combinations work for you.
