"Post Comment" button is missing at the bottom of the reply section.

  I have two students who can get to the reply section, write a reply – but then they can’t post it because the “Post Comment” button isn’t there. This works for 17 out of 19 students, but two don’t have the option to post.

  Any ideas?

  Is this on a particular post/page? Or everywhere on the site?
