Post content disappeared

    I have been working on a post for weeks, it has been saved multiple times, just yesterday it was saved 4 or 5 times as I continued to work on it. Today I went to finish it and all the content is gone and it says the last time I worked on it was August 8th.

    I am devastated, this has taken weeks of work over 20+ hours and its just gone.

    Hi there,

    Can you tell me a bit more about the trouble you are having? What is the title of the post, and when is the last time you recall that it had the correct content? Last week, a few months ago?

    Also I noticed that you appear to have allowed your Business Plan to lapse, which can sometimes lead to lost content as plugins and other business features are removed. Is it possible if the content you are missing is from before July? If so please let us know so we can investigate if the expiration of your Business Plan is related.

    Typically in this instance, you can add the upgrade to the site, and then restore content from the backups that were stored when the plan was previously active, and we’d like to look into that, thanks!
