Post Deleted before publishing

I was typing an entire blog, and suddenly when I went to insert media, it deleted my entire post and I cannot find it anywhere even though it said it was autosaving.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Were you using the New Editor, perchance? It says it’s autosaving but it isn’t. Is it in your post revisions anywhere? On your dashboard Posts page as a draft?

I was using old editor. The problem was I had the window open for a few days while I was editting the post. Got around to finishing the post tonight and went to add a picture. I think it said it was autosaving as I was writing for the last two hours – when really it wasn’t and just deleted all my writing.
