    @aliviantravels
    raincoaster and I empathize.

    1. Always create your posts on the dashboard of your own blog at Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New
    2. Immediately after creating a post and entering a title click the save draft link. Thereafter, save frequently.
    3. Always allow pages to fully load before clicking any other links.
    4. Click “save draft” frequently when creating posts or pages.
    5. Never leave a post or page open for content creation or editing and walk away from it. Save it properly and return to edit it later.
    6. Use an offline blog editor so you have backups on your own computer http://en.support.wordpress.com/xml-rpc/

    7. When you are about to click Publish, click to the Text editor, copy all the contents of the Write Post box, and then while the contents are still highlighted, click Publish. In the past, this has somehow forced WP.com to accept the post. When it fails (rarely) you at least have a copy of the entire post on your clipboard and can just paste it back in.

    Hi there,

    You mentioned in your original post that you were writing your posts in the WordPress app. When you write in the app and it isn’t connected to the internet, your posts are saved locally in the app. Then, when you connect to the internet, your posts are uploaded to your blog.

    If the posts didn’t finish uploading to your blog from the app, and you then deleted the app, unfortunately it means your posts are lost. Since they were saved locally in the app there isn’t a way for us to recover them until they are uploaded from the app to your blog.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you, but please let me know if I can do anything more to help.
