Post got shortened on its own. How can I recover my complete post??

    I wrote an around 800 word blog on my website yesterday and posted it now in the morning my friend told me that the blog written is of just one paragraph. I don’t understand how my blog post got edited itself and the stuff i wrote got deleted as i had saved every bit of it and even checked on my blog after posting it. Is there any way I can recover my post ?? Please help .

    Which post are you referring to? Have you checked it on your site to see if it is displayed in full or truncated?

    Here’s your latest post: The Solar System. I haven’t counted the words, but it seems to be over 800 words in length, contains several paragraphs, and includes multiple images in various paragraphs.

    Regarding the report by your friend, I suspect this might be in referrence to an Email, social media, or other feed in which an excerpt of the post is displayed with a link to the full post.

    At Reading Settings, you may select whether each article in a feed displays the full text or a summary, as described in the Reading Settings support page.
