  Are you talking about the WordPress.com site linked to your name? By default WordPress.com sites show posts in reverse chronological order as that makes the newest content immediately available. Do you mean you want your site to display in chronological order with your first post (complete with missing image and dated 2009!) at the top of your site keeping newer posts hidden from regular visitors without lots of scrolling? Perhaps you have another WordPress.com site where a book-like structure would be appropriate?
