    Good afternoon. I’m unable to access my posts on both the brower( chrome) and on the mobile app. What could the problem be? It says failed to load page ot this site can’t be reached when I try to access my posts.

    Could you try clearing the browser cache on Chrome to see if that helps? Here’s how to clear your browser cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

    Could you also try using a different internet connection (such as a different WiFi or mobile network) if possible? It’d help us understand if the issue is network-specific.

    Let us know what happens after you’ve tried the steps above. I checked your site, and there are no issues on the actual site that would prevent you from accessing posts.

    As for the app, are you using the WordPress app? Could you give the Jetpack app a go and see if that works? Don’t delete the WordPress app until the Jetpack app is ready, though, as the WordPress app will help you log in automatically to your WordPress.com account once the Jetpack app is installed.
