POST NOTIFICATION TO SUBSCRIBERS: Read More of this post Hyperlink URL

The link for the “Read more of this post” within my post notification email to my subscribers is directed to another website. My website is MillennialMarketingIdeas.com and it is directing folks to austin-salons.com to read the article. The url is correct, except for the austin-salons.com portion. everything following this “/” is correct in terms of the page URL it is trying to find. Where do I find the settings to edit this URL mixup?
How do I edit this as well as the look of this email notification?

millennialmarketingideas.com is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You are posting to the wrong support forum This support forum is only for free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and if that’s the site you need help with then this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.
