i have just purchased “ubud theme” on my blog http://www.allanophotography.com, but the problem is the posts thumbnail (front of page) dosn’t show the image content,please help n repair it,if its an temporary error but if it is permanent error i hope il get my refund.thanks for your response

I’m happy to help you with this issue. However, since you’ve changed your theme I can’t see the problem.
If you’d like to get Ubud working properly, just go ahead re-purchase the theme and I’m more than happy to take a look. If there is a bug with the theme, I’ll submit a ticket to the theme authors. These bugs are usually handled pretty quickly.

after searching n googling i have found the answer of my ubud theme problem, it’s all about checking the “feature image” n when i tried on my review customize it just work :)
unfortunately i have canceled n refunded the purchase. now im trying to re-purchase the theme but it’s delay transaction. can’t wait to use the theme

i have canceled n refunded my purchase premium theme before,but now I m going to re-purchase it, but there problem in transaction process, it was text that ” The transaction was declined. Please contact your card issuer as they may have blocked the transaction for anti-fraud purposes. Alternatively, try another card.what happen?

I’m not seeing any errors reported on our side. Can you check in with your bank or credit card company? Or try using a different card?
