Post organization problem

  Dear friends, I just open my blog on wordpress.com. Its a great blog site and I love it. But after posting few articles, the problem seems arised.
  I wish my blog page only shows few words of each article instead of the whole article which can save my reader’s time to scroll the mouse wheel…(Like if you interest one of these articles, you may can click “Read more” or something, then you can read the whole post.
  So how do I do that? I have no idea~~Please help~~!
