Post Page displaying incorect featured image

Hello, I’m working on creating a grid layout for my posts page. I’m displaying the featured image for each post, but for some reason, it isn’t displaying the correct image under the post. When I change “new website” post image it changes both “new website” and “post 4”. This also for some reason causes “post 3” to not display the post date. If anyone has any idea on why this is please let me know. I can provide code if needed. This is a custom theme I’m creating for the site.

The site mydcts.org appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on GoDaddy Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.

To clarify, we are not the only providers of WordPress sites, and GoDaddy also happens to offer WordPress sites, but they use a different version of the platform than what we use here.
