Post "preview in new tab" broken – Help?

  Hello.
  This website’s been up for years. We just moved to new WordPress hosting and this issue popped up:
  When editing a post, clicking the preview in new page button (top-right) brings up the page, but it’s in mobile format.
  Removing the “preview=true” bit from the URL, makes it display fine.

  There are no new plugins or additions to the site.

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
