Post-processing failure problems with photos
-
We’ve been trying to reliably upload media to our WordPress site for months and cannot seem to achieve any consistency. Some users are able to upload files while others get “post-processing” failure notifications. Even after first raising our site’s max upload size, and then trying to only use small image files, the file uploader does not seem to be reliable. The solutions posted in previous threads have not proved helpful, and having just recently designed and published a new site (within 1 year ago), it seems unlikely that any old code would be affecting this. If anyone has had similar issues and found a solution, it would be great to hear.

Hi there!
Are you talking about thesandb.com? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can read more about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
http://wordpress.org/support/ is also a great resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software.
