Post titles

Some of the titles for posts appear at the top of the picture whereas other post titles appear below the picture in the same block as the picture. I want all the titles to appear above the picture. How can I edit the titles to make them all appear at the top of the post above the picture?

For some reason I can’t seem to reproduce this issue. All the titles seem to be at the top of the posts as seen here:
Are you still seeing some title at the bottom? If you can, please take a screenshot and upload it to your Media > Library page.

After several hours, I finally figured it out. I was inserting the picture in the post using an “image” format vs. “standard” format. When you insert a picture in a post with an “image” format, it puts the post Title below the picture. If you insert the picture with a “standard” format, it puts the Title above the picture. Shew! Learning as I go :) I went back and changed all of my posts with pictures to “standard” format so that the title would appear at the top of the picture in the post. Thanks for responding!
