  How can I make an existing Post and change it to a Page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You are going to have to click to the Text editor, copy everything, and then Paste it into the Write Page box. Then add a title. Then delete the Post.

  You’re welcome. Be aware that as far as search engines are concerned, Pages are useless. Search engines like Posts.
