  Trying to add wordpress account in twitter iphone app. Only get “error! Couldn’t authorize you. (Not Acceptable)

  adding the https://twitter-api.wordpress.com api-root to twitter in iPhone and then I’m trying to authorize with my wordpress login.
  Blog url: http://futureofficegroup.wordpress.com/

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to authorize publicizing your WordPress posts in Twitter or your Twitter posts in WordPress?

  I’m trying to publicize through twitter on wordpress. Twitter –> WordPress.

  That’s not allowed.

  WordPress.COM is a home for original blogging material. It’s not an aggregator. Blogs that have (against the odds and technological constraints) succeeded in making this work have been suspended.

  You mean to publicize from WordPress to Twitter? That works fine. It’s just the opposite of what you were saying.

  When I read it thought it should work in both ways?

  We’ve enabled

  posting

  to and reading of WordPress.com blogs via the Twitter API.
