  How do I make a post within a page from my menu at the top?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I would like to make posts on my separate pages using my menu toolbar at the top of my website. For example, I would like to make separate posts on my 10th grade Spanish class page and my 12th grade Spanish class page. Since I will be using this website for classwork and homework I would like to post to the different classes separately.

  Have you gone through http://learn.wordpress.com to determine the reason between pages and posts?
