  Hi, I’m trying to post an assignment for school and every time I hit upload, the screen just keeps spinning pink and it doesn’t load. Please help me upload my post as soon as possible. Thanks.

  Are you talking about carlislehouse.online? If so, I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with SiteGround.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
