  Hi,
  I am trying to insert my postal code in order to purchase a plan, but it says ‘Make sure this field is valid.’

  This is the only postal code for Namibia, what can I do?

  Hi –

  I would suggest clearing the browser cache as a first step.

  Solve common browser issues

  It might be storing wrong details for the field.

  You could also try a different browser all together.

  Write back if those don’t work, let me know what plan you’re trying to purchase and I’ll handle it from this side of things.
