  Why can’t I post on my phone? The Add New page remains blank no matter what I try

  Hi there,

  You are using the WordPress app to connect your phone to your site? Or are you using the web interface (logging in to WordPress.com directly on your phone browser) instead?

  Can you take a screenshot of what you are seeing when you click the button to “add new” so we can see what you see? is there anything on your screen or is the entire screen white?

  Do you have this same issue on your computer, or just your phone?
