I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Can you describe the problem in more detail? What exactly is going wrong?
Also, can you make a screenshot of what you see on that screen? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy. That may help me understand the problem better.

Does this only happen on the new post screen? Do you also see this on other pages in the WordPress.com dashboard, or on WordPress.com sites?
Also, can you please try this to see if it helps:
Go to Users > Personal Settings in your dashboard and next to “Browser Connection” check the “Always use HTTPS” option. Then, try reloading the new post page, and let me know if that resolves the problem for you.
