posting a WP blog onto my website

  I want to post my blog at my WP page. Can I then have this blog appear simultaneously on a blog page on my website? Or am I limited to just putting a link on my website which people follow to my WP page?

  You could put it in an iFrame, I suppose. Or you could draw it in and autopost via an RSS feed, although Google and other search engines will hugely penalize both the blog and the website for duplicated content.
