posting page as an email without hyperlink ?

  Is it possible build a newsletter type format and hit show as news letter when recipient opens email rather than having to click on a hyperlink to get to the page?

  Make sure your RSS feeds are set to show the entire post, and use the widget that allows people to subscribe by email.
