Posting to different pages

    I need to be able to post to five or six different pages. I have menus and categories set up and everything is still posting to the home page. I tried the static thing but it only posts to one page and I need posts to go to many different pages. (EX: news articles to the news tab; obituaries to the obituary tab, etc).

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there!

    There are two ways you can achieve this. I’ll share both so you can choose/use whichever is best for you. :)

    1. Use category links in the menu. By adding category links to the menu of your site, visitors will see the posts you’ve assigned to those categories. This will need you to remove the page links from the menu and add the category links. Learn more about this here: https://wordpress.com/support/posts/categories/#category-pages-and-menus
    2. Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the static pages as they are, you can use the Blog Posts block on each of those pages. After inserting the Blog Posts block, you can choose to display posts from specific categories. This way, you can control posts from which categories show up on which page.
