Posting to wrong blog

  I have two blogs. When I sign in to post on my new blog, it post to my old, unrelated blog. How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Give us the URLs of the blogs, starting with http.

  This is the one I want to post to. http://middlemommoments.wordpress.com

  This is the one it goes to.
  chellt.wordpress.com

  I want to delete the 2nd one! but am afraid I will lose the first one! The were both created with the same email/login
