Posting using Arabic text for a specific post?

    I composed a post in Arabic from an MS-Word document (set to Arabic language), I would like to copy the Arabic contents of that document and paste it in my latest WordPress post so that it appears exactly the way it is in the MS-Word document. How is this done (if its possible)?

    Hi there,

    MS Word uses Rich Text, while the WordPress editor uses HTML, and copying content created in Word into an HTML editor, while it should work most of the time, can also cause your content to be completely messed up, as you might copy code from MS Word that’s not compatible with an HTML editor, leading to formatting problems.

    You can certainly compose your content in Word, but when you paste it into a new post on your site, please use the Paste as Text button – that will strip out any invisible code you might have copied from the Word doc and that could cause problems.

    Then add any formatting like headings, bold, italics, etc., in the WordPress.com editor after you’ve done this.
