Posting wrong date and time stamp

  My blog is mysteriously putting the wrong date/time stamp on my blog entries. I just posted at about 10 p.m. EST, October 6th, and the post is showing as October 7th! I’ve checked my computer settings and they are correct. Please help!

  Hi Dusty,

  The date/time stamp on your blog posts depends on what time zone your blog is set to. You can change that under Settings > General in your blog’s dashboard.

  Right now, your blog is set to UTC/GMT time, so if you live in the U.S. the date/time stamp will be in the future when you publish your posts. Switching that to the correct time zone for where you live should fix that on future posts you publish.
