  I made a post but it is separate from my website. How do I put my post onto the site ?

  Howdy –

  By default, the posts are going to display on the front page of your blog. I see that when visiting generalmotors19001920.home.blog. You can change that setting if you like.

  Click on My Sites – Design – Customize – Home Page
  then, assign a blog and front page of the site.

  Set the Homepage
