Why isnt the first post I posted at the top of the page it is confusing to people if they read the last post first

By default, posts are designed to display in reverse chronological order (newest post appears first).
It sounds like you would like your blog to do the opposite. You would like the first post to appear first, the latest post to appear last. Is that right?
We have a guide here to help you present your blog posts in the order you are wanting: https://wordpress.com/support/show-your-posts-in-chronological-order/
There will be a few steps to this process. I’ll detail them below.
Step 1: Remove your posts from the home page and set a “Static Front Page” instead. Here’s how: https://wordpress.com/support/pages/front-page/
The static front page can be an introductory page to your site that your visitors see when they first arrive at https://aboutreangroup.wordpress.com
Step 2: If you are unfamiliar with adding custom links to your site menu, read up on that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
When you are ready, add a Custom Link to your site menu which points to the chronological view of your posts, which is this link: https://aboutreangroup.wordpress.com/?order=asc
Give that Custom Link menu item a title such as, “Blog”.
And that’s it! What you should have now is a site with an introductory home page and a “Blog” link which shows posts in chronological order.
