  I would like for all of my previous posts under the pregnantinparadise blog to visible under the new kfechs name, how do I do that? Is that even possible?

  Yes you can if you wish export all content on pregnantinparadise.wordpress.com by going here: https://wordpress.com/export/pregnantinparadise.wordpress.com

  This will download a file to your computer that you can the import on kfechs.wordpress.com by going here: https://wordpress.com/import/kfechs.wordpress.com/

  Please note for the future that it is possible to change the address of your site itself, so that content does not need to be exported/imported.
