  Not sure what happened, but I have 4 entries for pages and posts
  all, mine, published, and drafts
  There are a few things in mine, I think they should be in published

  Do you mean that some of your content switched from published to drafts? If so, you can go ahead and publish them again. You may adjust the date if needed:

  I have an entry called “mine” which currently has 4 items in it. It seems to be the same as published, just wondering how those items got there.
