Posts are not accessible in the back end

I have a couple of posts on the site that encountered errors during upload, but that I now can’t delete from the main menu/hub. Also, when I click on my Posts section, it’s empty, even though I uploaded them all personally. Can you help me with this please?

Hi there,
I have a couple of posts on the site that encountered errors during upload, but that I now can’t delete from the main menu/hub
What is the titles of the posts you are trying to remove so we can take a closer look? This issue can be seen from your site homepage? or is there someplace specific we need to look to see this?
Also, when I click on my Posts section, it’s empty, even though I uploaded them all personally. Can you help me with this please?
I’m not sure I understand, for the site you mentioned in this posting, I can see a full list of blog posts here: https://wordpress.com/posts/theschriftart.wordpress.com.
Is this issue with another site on your account instead? Thanks for the additional info!

Hi Jerry, thanks for your response and your help.
I’d like to delete ‘Private: Sean: The Triumphs’, and ‘Sean: The Triumphs’. I’d like to keep the most recent version of ‘Sean: The Triumphs’,. The other one doesn’t work, as you will see if you select it.
Although the link you have shared takes me to the admin area, it says that I have 32 posts in the published section, but then says ‘No posts found’ when I select it. If I could attach an image, I would, but I’m not sure that I can do that here? Hopefully this works – https://prnt.sc/1rfi2mv.
Thanks very much for your time.

Hi again,
Yes that definitely works. This is a multi-author blog, yes? Do you have login access to more than one account on this site?
The reason I ask is because your screenshot is showing that there are no blog post in which you are the “author”
If you click this, you can see all posts on the site, regardless of who’s account they were authored (or imported) under:
Hope this helps!

Hi again Jerry.
When I press ‘Everyone’ it is the same issue. No posts are found, even though it acknowledges that there are 32 posts (of which I have personally authored 25 – it says that when I click on ‘Me’).
I feel like something has been corrupted, it’s just not working as it was before. When I’m on the site itself, the posts are all available, apart from the two that I already mentioned that failed to upload properly when the problems began.
It’s quite a big issue for me as I have a new blog ready to go, but the site has become a mess and so I don’t really want to direct people to it as it is.
Is there any way we could schedule a call to go through this? I imagine we’re on quite different time zones (I’m on British Summer Time), but that could work for me anyway as evening would be best. Let me know what you think! Thank you

Ok, I do definitely see the problem you’re describing.
We’re not exactly sure why that was happening, but the problem post had a paragraph duplicated hundreds of times which seems to have been tanking the whole thing.
After some quick edits, we were able to get the posts list and the post working.
If that happens again, please let us know!
