Posts are showing in full even though I have selected the "summary" view

  Posts are showing in full even though I have selected the “summary” view. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, but I am under “reading settings” and I have selected “summary” by “for each article in a feed, show:” I’m not sure if this is the same thing as what I am looking for. I was wanting to find a way when someone selects a category from my menu they just see a brief summary of a post, but mine is showing the whole post one after the other. Information overload! Is there a way to fix this? Example: “From the Kitchen” under “The Homeowner” menu tab.

  ALSO – why is it I once upon a time found a way to chat with a “help rep” and I can’t find it anymore??
