posts don't post

why can’t my posts reach a blog that I belong to? When I post comments, it says they are received but are not there, ever. I’m new to this and probably ignorant but I really need a simple answer. Thanks Richard Currie, aka lantz56 why is there no submit button here???…………………nice !!!

What do you mean by “a blog I belong to?” Are you an Author, Editor or Admin on that site? What is the site URL, starting with http? Do you get the notice that your comment is being held for moderation? How many links did you put in the comment?

sorry I’m vague, just new. Some friends of mine started a blog for a trip they are taking: http://txsydieroadtrip.wordpress.com/
Sometimes I get a message saying held for moderation but today, I think it said my latest post was posted but I received no confirmation emails like the held for moderation posts of aug 3. I don’t post any links anywhere, not bright enough, just trying to keep in touch with my friends on the road. Thank you raincoaster for your attempt at clarification.
