Posts homepage

My posts are my homepage, however I cannot figure out how to give this ‘page’a title. I have other titles in my menu but because there is no title for the default blog home page there is no way back to it having clicked on another title in the menu.
Also is there no way to change the size of font?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can create a custom link in your custom menu by following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links
You can give the menu item any name you’d like (such as “Home” or “Blog”), and then add a link back to your home page. Please let me know if you have any questions about that!
Also is there no way to change the size of font?
You can control your theme’s font and other design features with the Custom Design upgrade. You can read more about the font-specific options here: Custom Fonts

Hi, I am not sure i know what you mean, subsequently i don’t know whether you understand my query. In my menu i have 4 titles, yet when someone opens my website they will see my posts homepage. Having viewed my posts they may click on a menu title. However they cannot get back to my post homepage because it doesn’t have a menu title and i don’t know how to give it one. My question is how do i give my posts a menu title?

Your website is also using a custom menu, which controls what appears in the navigation menu on your site. You can modify the custom menu under Appearance > Menus in your dashboard.
You can add a custom link to your custom menu with a title like “Home” or “Blog” and a link to the home page of your site. That will allow visitors to click on that title in the menu to go back to the home page with your latest posts on it. We have instructions for how to add a custom link to your menu here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links
If you don’t add a custom link to your menu, visitors can still return to your home page to view the blog posts by clicking your site title at the top of the page. However, the custom link will make sure that they can click on the title in the menu to return to that page, too.
