Posts missing from tags – yes, again, I'm sorry

I have asked this before (as have many others, I know) and did receive one suggestion but no luck.
I’ve checked all the usual reasons and can’t see that any of them apply. The last suggestion was that because I usually save my posts as drafts the timestamp from the original draft would push the posts back down the list. This does not seem to be the case either so I’m all out of ideas again.
Any other ideas?
