Posts Not Showing in WordPress Reader

I just moved to a self-hosted site wordpress site from wordpress.com, and published a post yesterday. I understand that my posts will no longer show up in the WordPress Reader, but it should still show up for those following my blog. I am following my blog, but the post never showed up in my reader, and the post hasn’t received any views from the WordPress Reader.
After searching the forums, I found that the issue might be that I migrated my followers from my wordpress.com site while my new site still had a temporary domain. I don’t know how, or if I can fix this issue, or if I need someone to do it for me.

It looks like the site in the Reader was still using that temporary address. This has been fixed already, so everything should be working as expected :).
