Posts Out of Alignment on Dashboard.

My Post page titles are showing vertically instead of horizontally. Also, on the mobile version, when I click on the blog post, it is not within the default mobile margins. Need help.

Are you speaking of the posts list in WP-Admin? If this is for your Jetpack-connected site, https://www.thetransmuted.com/, this is likely being caused by plugins on that site adding additional columns to the posts page, meaning there’s less space available for each column.
In that case you’d need to contact support for the plugins adding these extra columns directly for help with this. General support for the version of WordPress used on that site can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
The forums you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and your only site hosted on our end, https://thetransmuted.wordpress.com/, doesn’t have any content on it.
