Potentially FRAUDULENT site on WP

    Hi. I bought a couple of small items ($40 worth) on the above site. I have paid by direct bank transfer and have not heard from them since. They have no address, no phone number and no additional info on how they can be contacted. Their only email came from . Can you help?
    This could potentially lead to problems for WP’s reputation.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff)/. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    This site is using the self-hosted WordPress software from WordPress.org.

    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    The site is also using the WooCommerce software, but similar to the WordPress software, it’s just software the site’s owner installs and uses, they have no more control over it than Microsoft would have over a novel written in Microsoft Word.
