Hi
I need to change the admin email to mine: (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it shows only as pending approval for many time I retried, while never receiving the email from yourselves to accept this amend.
Also wanting to add a video into my media library, it is an mp4 and under the size limit but it loads and never completes to sit in the library for use- just refreshes and nothing there. I tried all possible ways, checks and nothing.
Is there anyway to speak to someone even by chat? I cant see how to do this. -
