Pre-populated contact fields

  I have noticed that the contact page on my website http://www.bucksbooksbeyond.wordpress.com has my details pre-populated in the contact form section? Even when I have looked on the page not logged in my details are still there? How do I delete this information?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you sure about that? Your contact form appears to be working as it should. You will see your own details if you’re still logged in. I see my details pre-filled on your form when I’m logged into WordPress.com and blank fields if I’m not.

  themagicrobot – you’re correct. I made the mistake of opening another web page to view the site thinking I wouldn’t be logged in but the page had automatically logged me in when I switched over.
